There’s less than a week left to catch the “Terra” exhibit at Greenhill Center for NC Art in Greensboro. The show closes on November 7th.
It’s a beautiful show that “explores one’s experience of nature through the eyes of thirty of the state’s leading landscape artists. This major survey exhibition focuses on artists inspired by wild spaces untouched by development. National parks, ocean fronts, mountain hollers and wetland retreats are evoked in paintings, works on paper, and fiber art.”
The show includes some of my paintings and encaustic sculptures.
I love the range of works – drawings, paintings, sculpture, textiles – and to be part of this group of NC artists feels special.
